During writing workshop, the students will be working with partners and writing on topics covered in the curriculum provided by the District. There will be many opportunities for creative and personal writing. Mini-lessons in grammar will also be covered periodically. Grades will be derived from final copies of writing pieces, mini-lessons, journal checks and participation.
